Our admissions policy

The nursery is registered with Ofsted to provide care for children from 3 months-5 years.

We have an inclusive practice which values children as unique individuals and supports them to achieve their full potential.

The Nursery will accept children from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. We offer full and part time places to all children including those eligible for the funding (15 or 30 hours/week).

Parents needing more than 15 or 30 hours a week will be charged for any additional hours. Parents can provide packed meals, alternatively, those wanting the nursery to supply meals during funded hours will be charged. More details are available on request.

We accept childcare vouchers and payment via the tax free childcare scheme.

All children from the age of two wear uniform. We have a comprehensive set of regulations and policies which are intended to facilitate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children, staff, parents / carers and visitors to our nurseries.

Our regulations and policies meet both the Every Child Matters (ECM) and the welfare requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (‘EYFS'). These include:

  • Safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare

  • Suitable people

  • Suitable premises, environment and equipment

  • Organisation

  • Documentation

Parents / carers are able to obtain a copy of these procedures upon request.
