Our staff undergo a comprehensive induction and training programme when they start their career with us.
All employees and volunteers must undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Enhanced Criminal Disclosure and other vetting checks.
Staff work in an environment that recognises the impact of higher qualifications on the quality of the educational provision and participate in CPD (Continuous Professional Development). We also have INSET training throughout the year to ensure best practice.
Our staff are qualified with NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Childcare or equivalent. Senior staff are also qualified teachers with Early Years Professional Status (EYPS).
